While doing interior work, we can do most small repairs as needed, such as black mold and mildew removal, repair damaged plaster or drywall and any wallpaper removal. On older exteriors, we can replace broken window glass and reglaze any windows as needed. We always clean out rain gutters and downspouts when we do complete exteriors. We can power wash your entire exterior, including decks and can often restore old weathered surfaces to like new condition. We are always on the lookout for needed repair to loose shingles or clapboards and can either fix a problem or we notify you of the situation. We also always look for rotted or otherwise damaged wood, epsecially in areas that are susceptible to water damage and rot such as sills and wood joints.

All of our work is backed up with a written estimate and contract which clearly explains the scope of the work to be performed. It will also cover such items as surfaces to be painted, methods and extent of surface preparation, time schedules for the project, and payment procedures. Knowing the total scope of the work enables you to carefully evaluate our proposal before the work begins.
